Further to our update on 8th September, we are delighted to advise that we are fully settled in our lovely new offices and enjoying the luxury of space.
We are now on the hunt for sub-tenants for 8 offices in one wing of the building – approximately 190msq. All fully furnished in a light and bright setting, this area is inclusive with the provision of secure wifi, power, shared photocopier, ample storage, utilities, reception area where clients can be greeted, large central meeting room and the opportunity to book the use of any of our boardrooms via our reception team if required. Customer parking is available on site, with up to 3 carparks available for sub-tenants.
Proud of our new office we are looking to co-habit with someone that offers professional services, works a standard work week, and has the ability to co-share space easily with fellow professionals.
The space is available immediately. We are open to short or mid-term rental, and for the right sub-tenants we would consider smaller businesses sharing the space.
